The beauty of our new Cinnamon French Toast muesli is that it’s already decadent on its own. You don’t need to add a thing.
But because it’s light on sugar, you can feel free to indulge even more. Like we did here. 🤤 HOLOS + silky vanilla-cinnamon yogurt + vibrant wild blueberry jam + a golden slice of French toast = a grown-up nod to your favourite childhood breakfast. 🫐 Comforting, nostalgic, and just indulgent enough.
Ingredients

Milk (to soak the HOLOS)

Cinnamon (optional. for the big-time cinnamon lovers)

Yogurt

Vanilla bean powder (optional)

Wild blueberry chia jam

A slice of French Toast (yup, we really went there)
How-to
Wild blueberry chia jam 🫐

Add 250g of frozen wild blueberries to a saucepan.

Heat them up and then mash them.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 3 tbsp of chia seeds and ½ lemon juiced with an optional 1-2 tbsp maple syrup.

Stir and let cool.

Cinnamon French Toast Parfait

Pour half the HOLOS at the bottom of a jar.
- Pour the chia blueberry chia jam.
- Pour a layer of yogourt.

Pour the rest of the HOLOS on top.

Sprinkle vanilla, and put the French Toast with cinnamon on top.
A parfait so good, you’ll want breakfast twice. 🤤
