Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key plant-based protein, as effective as whey for muscle growth, with high digestibility. Sprouting and fermenting the rice and husk boost lysine and other amino acids, making its profile complete.

Halos is so much better than I anticipated. I love the assortment in the mixed pack. I love mine cold. I reminds me of having dessert except for breakfast!

Very good
I really like them, I put them in my morning smoothie with yogurt, fruit and milk .1% lactose-free. I always leave them in my trailer for camping and camping; my stepdaughter also loves them as a snack. Let our imagination run wild to create snacks that are nutritious, healthy, fast, and especially to take on the go in multiple ways. 😉
