How to use
1. Pour a pack into the reusable glass jar
2. Add milk (200ml). Less milk = Thicker. More milk = Creamier.
3. Shake, and soak overnight (for at least 6 hours)

I’ve eaten, and loved, porridge all my life. My mother sent us off with a bowl of hot oats on most school days. But overnight oats? I fought the whole concept. Now I’m facing a surgery that will sideline me for a couple of months. I need an easy to prepare, healthy breakfast. I was hesitant but then pleasantly surprised. The flavours are great, it’s super easy for a somewhat disabled old lady. What does it say that I’m running out before my next order is due? This is such a great product I’m recommending it to friends.

I look forward to make breakfast every morning with HOLOS. The cereal is tasty and convenient - I just add water the night before and top it with frozen blueberries. In the morning, I pop it in the microwave and then add a bit of oat milk. It would also be delicious straight out of the fridge. It’s a nutrient-dense start to my day.
