I’m really enjoying this product. It’s so full of everything good for you with lots of flavours.

It’s very filling and keeps me going until lunch .

A little expensive for me to eat everyday, but it’s perfect for overnight kayaking/hiking trips or rushed mornings when you have to be on the road early.

I’ll buy it again.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about HÖLOS! I’ve tried plenty of overnight oats and similar breakfast options before, but these have completely exceeded my expectations. They taste so good and actually feel like something I’m excited to eat in the morning rather than something I’m forcing myself to have because it’s “healthy.”

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how full and satisfied they keep me. I can have them for breakfast and feel comfortably full for hours without constantly thinking about snacking or needing another meal right away. They’re filling without leaving me feeling overly heavy or sluggish, which is a huge plus.

The flavours are delicious, the texture is great, and I love how convenient they are. They make mornings so much easier because I can just grab them and go, while still having a breakfast that feels substantial and satisfying. It’s honestly become one of those products where I find myself looking forward to breakfast!

I also really appreciate that they don’t have that “this is good for you, so it must taste boring” feeling. They genuinely taste amazing. It feels like I’m treating myself while also getting a breakfast that keeps me going throughout the day.

If you’re someone who struggles with breakfast, gets hungry shortly after eating, or just wants something quick, delicious, and filling, I would 100% recommend giving HÖLOS a try. I’m genuinely impressed and will absolutely be keeping these stocked. Five stars from me!
