Never have to worry about a healthy breakfast, seconds to make the night before and I actually look forward to having them. Good variety, adding fresh fruit or a sprinkle of nuts and I’m good to go for hours. I usually do my cardio in the morning and I don’t feel weighed down by this breakfast. I’m a fan!
