    Love them!

    Never have to worry about a healthy breakfast, seconds to make the night before and I actually look forward to having them. Good variety, adding fresh fruit or a sprinkle of nuts and I’m good to go for hours. I usually do my cardio in the morning and I don’t feel weighed down by this breakfast. I’m a fan!

    Super easy! It’s very mildly sweet which is good, I don’t like sweet. Keeps me full for hours. Great product!
