How to use
1. Pour a pack into the reusable glass jar
2. Add milk (200ml). Less milk = Thicker. More milk = Creamier.
3. Shake, and soak overnight (for at least 6 hours)
Note: Enjoy as-is or mix in your favorite toppings.

I just love Holos! There isn't one flavour that I dont like. I make up 4 in the afternoon and the next day I have 4 delicious meals that are good for me and tasty! The Holo bars are yummy too. If you are in a rush or just enjoy a chewy protein bar, these are for you. I love the chewy peanut butter. Once you try any of them, you won't be without them!

I bought a 12 pack on a whim one night in the middle of the night - as I tend to do way more than I'd like to admit! I enjoyed them so much, which is funny because I can't stand traditional oatmeal. I am now on a regular subscription monthly and I like that I can change the date if I need them earlier or later. A true treat, the flavours are fantastic. I will often not only have one for breakfast but I'll have one late at night as a snack too.
