Your muesli transformed into a bagel? Yes! You read it right. We wanted to switch things up and offer a different twist on our signature breakfast.

Turn your favourite muesli into a deliciously soft, protein-packed bagel – the perfect twist for breakfast or snack time! 🥯✨ Discover the recipe below.

 

Ingredients (makes 3 bagels):

2 eggs

200g cottage cheese

A pinch of salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 packs of HOLOS in your favourite flavour


Instructions:

1. Blend the eggs and cottage cheese using an immersion blender.

2. Add the dry ingredients and mix until the batter thickens.

Tip: Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

4. Divide the thickened mixture into 3 equal portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Flatten the portions slightly and use your fingertips to create a “bagel hole” in the center of each.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden.
