    My new breakfast favourite!

    I was looking to increase my protein, but didn’t want a smoothie for breakfast. Holos proved to be the solution I was looking for. Holos is so easy to prepare, tastes delicious, and has 20 grams of protein! I am fussy about flavours, so there were a few that I didn’t like (peach, and apple/cinnamon for example), but I love bananas/cranberries! Highly recommend Holos for anyone looking for a tasty healthy breakfast option.
