    Excellent groats

    All the groats are great. It's perfect for mornings when I'm in a hurry. The groats are complete, there is no need to add other ingredients. I highly recommend!

    I love it!

    I love that I can change flavours anytime. Also, I needed to talk to someone and emailed Holos. And it’s actually a real person! We had a great conversation and I was wished well for my vacation and Holos were able to deliver my product early! Thank you!

    Breakfast staple

    I've been eating holos for ages now. Near daily. Easy and delicious. I generally mix with a banana or berries and breakfast is ready to go.

    Changed my mornings

    I have wanted to try overnight oats forever but had no idea where to start. I thought, might as well try Holos.

    It has changed my mornings. Not only are they delicious, but I am filled until lunch. No mid-morning hangry and I am confident what I'm eating is good for me. So glad I tried them.
