Long time HOLOS Oats eater, so I wasn't sure what to think when they made protein bars. Most of the protein bars I've tried are pretty similar - kind of dusty, smell like old carpet, often give me stomach issues ...I'm guessing because of the sweeteners used.
I was VERY surprised when I had my first HOLOS Bar - Apple cinnamon and MOIST. HOW DID THEY DO IT? A MOIST PROTEIN BAR? One that I actually can just eat without thinking of when my next social engagement is?! WIZARDRY.
A solid variety of real-tasting flavours, and easier to eat on my long runs than a jar of overnight oats :) If you don't like protein bars, this is the one for you. Think granola bar, but one that works out.
