Our overnight muesli is a creamy and crunchy blend of organic whole grains, seeds, dried fruits, plant proteins, spices, probiotics and superfoods perfectly crafted (to the gram) for fullness, lightness & energy. This dry mix is then soaked overnight and is typically enjoyed in the morning as a breakfast.

Each recyclable pack contains 20g of protein, 12g of fiber, 13 vitamins and minerals, 2g of Omega-3, and 1B of probiotics UFC. Organic, vegan and gluten-free.

While overnight oats consist mostly of rolled oats, our overnight muesli is a creamy and crunchy blend of organic whole grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, spices, probiotics, plant proteins and superfoods such as chia seeds, goji berries, mulberries, cacao nibs or lucuma that makes for a superior breakfast option that provides long-lasting energy.

Each pack is one full serving. It contains 20g plant-based protein, 12g fiber, 13 vitamins & minerals, 2g omega-3 and 1 billion CFU probiotics. For full nutrition facts, visit our products page.

If one pack is too much for you, feel free to eat half and put it back in the fridge (up to two days). Just make sure that you prepare the whole pack at once. You will want all of the ingredients to soak and mix together!

Preparation is quick and easy.

Before bed, pour your pack of HOLOS in your glass jar (or other container). Add about 200 ml of your favourite milk (less milk = thicker, more milk = creamier).

Shake well, refrigerate, and let the magic soak overnight.

Ready when you wake up! Stir well, add fruit, yogurt, maple syrup or eat plain -- make it your own tasty creation. Keep chilled and enjoy for up to two days.

No wrong answer here! It really depends on what you like. Go for what you prefer and make sure to experiment, as the taste and texture can change a lot depending on the choice of milk. We also wrote a blog article on this topic. Read it here.

As for using water, the best-tasting experience really comes from milk. However, nothing stops you from using water! Just note that this may affect the texture, taste and consistency of your HOLOS muesli.

We recommend soaking your HOLOS muesli for a minimum of 8 hours to reap all of the benefits.

Once soaked, HOLOS can be consumed for up to two days, if properly refrigerated.

While most people have it for breakfast, some people prefer it for lunch... Anytime works! Because our overnight muesli is easy to digest and packed with proteins, it is great either as a pre or post workout too. As long as you soak it for 8 hours and leave enough time for your body to digest your HOLOS muesli before an intensive physical workout.

Our HOLOS muesli was designed as a cold meal. However, nothing stops you from trying it warm! Just make sure that you soak your HOLOS muesli before you warm it up. Also make sure not to microwave the jar lid, which is not microwave-safe.

Any jar or container can do, as long as you add around 200 ml of liquid.

You can always purchase our signature HOLOS jar on our website here, or if you're a subscriber, add it to your next order through your customer portal.

We recommend handwashing the jar as the best care method. After each use, simply add some water to the jar, close the lid, and shake vigorously. This quick step will make handwashing a breeze!

The product has a shelf life of 12 months after production as long as it remains sealed at room temperature. Refer to the "Best Before" date located on the back of the packaging.

Yes, our products are 100% vegan.

The HOLOS muesli alone provides 20g of plant-based protein per pack (excluding the milk). Scientific studies show that we should consume between 15-25g of protein per meal.

The HOLOS muesli fits right in with those recommendations!

All our proteins are plant-based sources and mostly from germinated brown rice. Other sources of protein include oats, seeds (chia, sunflower) and nuts (almonds).

Oh yes! Our HOLOS muesli is packed with 1 000 000 000 CFU of probiotics, as well as prebiotics. Together, they work to enhance your gut flora and help it thrive.

Yes, our products are gluten-free. We use gluten-free ingredients in all of our products and follow strict protocols to avoid cross-contamination. Note, however, that our products are not certified gluten-free by a third-party organization.

At HOLOS, we believe that carbs are an integral part of a healthy diet.

Our mueslis are sugar-conscious, meaning that they have no more than 7-9 g of total sugar per 90g pack (8% Daily Value). Most of the sugar comes from fruits, with a touch of minimally processed sugar like maple or brown sugar.

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $49 or more to most locations* across Canada. For orders below $49, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.

Please note that there are exceptions for certain locations, which have fixed flat rates regardless of the order total:
Nunavut: $20 flat rate
NL, Northwest Territories, and Yukon: $9.99 flat rate.

When shipping fees are applicable, they will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Within 3 to 6 business days in Quebec and Ontario, and 5 to 8 business days for the rest of Canada.

Some remote locations may have longer shipping times and delays can be expected in busier periods such as Black Friday and the holidays. We suggest ordering in advance to curve these delays.

Within 48 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Your tracking link will provide information about your estimated delivery time, your order's current location, and where it was delivered - whether to a community mailbox, post office, or front door.

1. First, you will want to verify your tracking link to see what the delivery location is in the details section - community mailbox, post office or front door. More often than not, your order is waiting for you in your community mailbox or unit mailbox. Your tracking link can be found in an email we sent within 48h after your purchase.

2. Keep an eye out—sometimes packages are marked as delivered even though they’re still on their way to you and will be there shortly.

3. After 48 hours if you’re still not seeing your HOLOS package, let us know at contact@liveholos.com and we will find a solution together! In addition, you may also file a claim directly with the carrier in question.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not happy for any reason and wish to return your items, please follow these guidelines:

1. Reach out to us at contact@liveholos.com to initiate your return request before shipping the items back.

2. Please note that we can only provide refunds for orders made within 30 days from the delivery date.

3. Clearance items and HOLOS jars are considered final sale and are non-returnable.

4. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

5. Kindly bear in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.
