    Very nourishing muesli

    Tasty with the addition of berries, seeds and ground nuts. I add soy milk to the chocolate, it's delicious! For those with a sweet tooth, add maple syrup, it's divine!

    I am in my sixties and half of that breakfast is more than enough to keep me feeling full until dinner even after walking 10 kilometers in the mountains. So I do 2 days with a bag! 🙂
