This overnight muesli is so practical. I am often on the road and this is so easy to bring with me and I know I am meeting my breakfast protein needs and having enough fibre to keep me sustained. They are easy to bring along with me. I also have them regularly at home.
Taste is great! I have tried most of the flavours and although I have my favorites, none of them have disappointed me. Mornings have just become a lot easier with Holos! Thank you!

I was hesitant at first to try the products, but surprisingly, I love it! I went two days without consuming it to see how I reacted to going back to my old routine. I realized that HOLOS really helps me. I have a lot more energy when I have it for breakfast. I've been a new mom for almost four months and I had to nap every day even though my baby sleeps at night. With HOLOS I am able to go about my day and even train without any problems. Even my spouse has noticed that I have more energy. I highly recommend.

As an active 66 year old I use this to ensure my protein intake is on track. As we get older our ability to process protein reduces and so this product enables me to get enough while at the same time is easy to prepare and tastes nice. Highly recommended.

I had a total pancreatectomy and an islet transplant in my liver and therefore need enzymes to help digest my food and normally with oats and seeds get a lot of bloating and fullness that is uncomfortable. But not with HOLOS - it’s easy to digest and with the added probiotic makes me feel amazing, keeps me full for hours, no bloating, and tastes incredible. It is so nourishing and I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I look forward to it every day!
