Shipping & Returns Policy
You can expect to receive your package within 3 to 6 working days. You will receive a tracking number shortly after you order. At first, the tracking number won't be active, so you won't see any information on the carrier's tracking page. It will be activated within 24h to 48h, once the package leaves our facilities.
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items.
When returning items, please remember these four rules:
Contact us Before Shipping
Contact us at email@example.com to authorize the return and get shipping instructions before you ship the item. If you return an item without contacting us first, the return will not be processed.
Return It Within 30 Days
If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly offer a refund on your original method of payment within 30 days.
Return New Items Only
In the case of food, the packaging must be unopened. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Some Items Can’t Be Returned
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that if the above four conditions are not met, the refund will not be processed and your item will be donated/discarded.
How long will it take for my return to process?
We work hard to process your returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 15 business days once the return package has been delivered to us. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the return credit to be posted to your bank statement. We appreciate your patience and we will update you every step of the way.
What if there's a quality issue with my items?
If you have any concerns about our products, start by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 15 days of receiving the refund email confirmation, you still haven’t received a refund, start by contacting your bank or credit card company. The refund may be processed, but not yet visible on your bank paper or online statement. Your bank or credit card company will be able to confirm the information.
If your bank or credit card company confirms that you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping process is out of our hands and we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
